Kellie Sprague is Wife to Billy and Mother to Willow, Wyatt and Sawyer. She developed a love for fitness as a child when she competed in gymnastics and ran track. She not only promotes a healthy lifestyle but maintains one as well. She loves to stay in shape by participating in group fitness such as circuit training, cycling and HIIT classes. She is also a photographer, event planner, actor, teacher and speaker.
With her energetic personality and positive attitude, she is ready to take on her new position as a Body Back fitness instructor for FIT4MOM. You really are what you eat! Health truly is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. Whether you are new to exercise or would like to reach a new fitness goal, she is ready to work with you. She has a heart for women, a passion for health and wellness and her mission is to inspire and motivate women both spiritually and physically.
